SHIPPING

Orders of $25 or more ship free (Standard Shipping) throughout the United States. (no minimum) Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days and generally arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS, depending on your location.  Priority processing and expedited shipping methods are also available at checkout as necessary for time-sensitive orders. 

RETURN POLICY

Orders placed on our website may be returned for store credit within 30 days at any of our retail locations or shipped back to our warehouse using our automated return system.  Our automated return system provides you with a discounted pre-paid return label that can easily be printed from home.

All "Sale Items" or orders that exceeded a 30% discount are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.  Merchandise must be returned in the original condition. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.  Any items with stains, makeup, etc. will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory and products quickly selling out, we do not accept exchanges.  
If you wish to exchange an item for different size, color, etc, please purchase the new item as soon as possible, to ensure your requested size is still available. Then, please submit a return request for the original order via our automated return system and when prompted for the "return reason", select "Exchange" as the option. Once the item is received, we will then refund the original order back to your original payment method. (including the return shipping label cost)
 
Returns
Items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.  Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed. Click here to start a return.
